Founded in 2010, Synolos is an Award Winning Social Enterprise (CIC) organisation based in West Oxfordshire that helps individual identify and realise their potential.

Our Purpose

We believe that everyone has potential to do well in life, but not everyone is given the same opportunities to fulfil their potential. Our purpose is to help individuals identify their potential and then by using our range of opportunities help them realise that potential in their move into employment, self-employment, voluntary work or training.
