Improving lives, building futures - Tel: 01993 866615
Since 2010 we have been building and perfecting a simple but powerful offer that has helped over 300 individuals from disadvantaged starting points the chance to identify and realise their potential. Our work has helped them improve their lives and helped them to build a future. We are now seeking to build on our past successes and help more who may need our support offering a preventive, cost effective and individual approach.

At Synolos we want to make sure that our local community of West Oxfordshire has the support services it needs to allow every individual a chance to live healthy, prosperous and fulfilled lives
What makes our achievements greater is that we have always worked on a very tight budget, we have never had the resources we needed and have always over performed pound for pound. The benefits however of having limited resources is that we have perfected the art of being creative while being financially savvy, a powerful tool that have shown that a lot can be done on very little when managed correctly and combined with passion and love for those we seek to help. These savvy skills are perfect in this new world of limited resources and government funding and will allow us to offer value for money and deliver the services we feel are much needed within West Oxfordshire
With our past experiences in mind, we have developed our £100kdifference concept. This concept is based on our savvy experiences combined with our working concept. We believe that if we know the needs of the local area, we, for a small amounts of funds per year we can make a large social change which is successful, affordable and sustainable.
The concept can be summed up in the following way:
Local Needs Identified +Synolos + Local Community Support (business and residential) = Improved lives and stronger futures for individuals and local communities
Between May 2016 to May 2017 we are seeking to raise a further £100k in order to provide servies to the following groups
* Aged 24+ with learning disabilities and Autism
* Engagment work - ages 16- 19 - Those classed as NEET (Not in Education, Training or Employment)
